However, your own healing is absolutely not dependent on you knowing about or believing in Jesus Christ. Today Jesus heals tens of thousands of people worldwide who know little or nothing about Him, like me, for example, and my own miracle healing.

Jesus heals all who are sick...It's what He does. He doesn't heal you because of who you are, or how you are. Jesus heals all who come to Him because of who He is!... And healing is part of His very nature.

There Is Power In The Name Of Jesus..Here's Why Jesus Has The Power To Heal The Sick...

When you read the amazing stories in the Bible about the life of Jesus Christ...His miracle birth...His exemplary life...His teachings about God's unconditional love for every single person...How He delivered people from demons and evil spirits... the many different healing miracles He performed...

The horrific, unjust death by crucifixion He willingly suffered...His own blood and life freely given for you, and for me, to wipe away all of your sins and make you right with God...His resurrection from the dead, and His ascension into heaven, right before the eyes of many witnesses...You see clearly that JESUS IS THE UNCONDITIONAL LOVE OF GOD PERSONIFIED IN HUMAN FORM FOR YOU, and why there is power in the name of Jesus.

Only Jesus "paid the price," the penalty of God's righteous judgment for the sins of the entire human race...Jesus took upon Himself, into His body, all the sins of the world..."The wages of sin is death," and through His willing sacrifice and sinless death, Jesus brought every human being back into right-standing with God, the Creator of the heavens and the earth.

The Living God is Holy and Righteous, perfect in all His ways...all sin is an abomination to God. It is the sole cause for our separation from God, the One Who created each of us and loves us with an Everlasting Love.  But man's sin keeps us from experiencing the outpouring of the love and blessings of God.

No human being can live up to God's standard of perfection, or is worthy by your own efforts to enter Heaven, and spend all Eternity in the Presence of God, Who IS Love, and enjoy living in Paradise forever! But through Jesus' blood sacrifice, that paid the penalty for sin, God's "free gift" of Eternal Salvation is now freely available to every human being who wants it. 

Sin is also the "root cause" of all sickness and death. Disease manifests in the physical body, but the body is not the source of sickness...the underlying cause of all sickness and dis-ease is "spiritual," not physical.  That's why the medical model doesn't work, especially for life-threatening diseases..."medicine" only treats the physical "symptoms" of the illness, but does not address the underlying real source and cause of the infirmity.

"The thief (satan, the devil) does not come except to steal, and to kill, and to destroy (e.g., through disease). I (Jesus) have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly." John 10:10 Holy Bible

"Therefore, just as through one man sin entered the world, and death through sin, and thus death spread to all men, because all sinned" Romans 5:12

"For the wages of sin is death, (which includes diseases, all infirmities) but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord. Romans 6:23

If there was no sin in your life, no sickness could enter your body...But "All have sinned and come short of the glory of God." (Romans 3:23)

However, the Blood of Jesus wiped all your "sins" away, by His sacrificial death. 

Jesus took away the "curse" that entered the world through sin...He took all sicknesses, all diseases, every infirmity and affliction with Him and nailed it to the Cross of Christ. Total healing is included in the Atonement Jesus Christ made for your Eternal Salvation. It's a "package deal"...Salvation and Healing together. Because God so loved You, He sent His only Begotten Son into the world, to die in your place for your sins, that you may have eternal life. Thank you, Jesus!

Jesus asked the religious leaders of His day, when He healed a paralytic man,"Which is easier, to say to the paralytic, ‘Your sins are forgiven you,’ or to say, ‘Arise, take up your bed and walk’?" Mark 2:9

And the man was instantly healed...Showing that Jesus' power to forgive all your sins and His power to heal you are one and the same...two sides to the same coin, the Atonement of Jesus Christ, that He purchased for you, and for me, with His shed blood and sacrificial death on the Cross.

Jesus bought and paid for your healing, when He bore all yours sins and suffered God's wrath for them on the Cross, "payment in full" of Holy God's righteous judgment for the abominations of all sins. Now THAT is the Gospel of Jesus Christ...The almost-too-good-to-be-true news...God loves you...He's NOT mad at you...He's not even in a bad mood...By His blood, Jesus has reconciled you to Almighty God, made things right for you between you and God, the Creator of the heavens and the earth...once and forever!

The Bible says there is power in the name of Jesus because God the Father in Heaven exalted Jesus...raised Him from the dead up to heaven, and gave Him "the name above every name...that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of those in heaven, and of those on earth, and of those under the earth." (Philippians 2:1, Holy Bible)

Now, you can begin to understand why "There is power in the Name of Jesus...to break every chain"... of bondage, of sickness, of depression, addiction, and of every other infirmity and foul spirit in your life. It is the Power of the shed Blood of Jesus...supernatural power through His blood sacrifice, the power that belongs to Jesus alone. Because only Jesus freely gave His life to pay the penalty for the sins of the entire human race...past, present and future.

This is why there is power in the name of Jesus. This is where the supernatural power of Jesus Christ to heal all comes from...the Power of His shed Blood, His Unconditional Love for the world, His willing sacrificial death for all mankind, His resurrection from the dead..Jesus Christ is alive! The countless manifestations of miracle healings worldwide today, in the name of Jesus, bear witness to the truth of his Resurrection from the dead, and that Jesus Christ is alive!

There is power in the name of Jesus. He is able to heal the sick supernaturally, miraculously. He did it 2000 years ago and is still doing it now, because Jesus purchased your healing on the Cross when He was crucified and died for you...when He also redeemed you by His Blood, "paid the price" in full...and bore God's full judgment for all sins...for your eternal salvation, because Jesus so loves you...Yes, YOU!

By the pure Grace (unmerited favor, free gift) of the Living God, Jesus has already "saved" you, and He has already "healed" you...2000 years ago at the Cross...where Jesus Christ, the sinless, sacrificial Lamb of God, was slain for the sins of the whole world..for your sins, and for mine.

This miracle healing story written in the Bible, illustrates there is power in the Name of Jesus...

Now Peter and John (two of Jesus' disciples) went up together to the temple at the hour of prayer, the ninth hour. And a certain man lame from his mother’s womb was carried, whom they laid daily at the gate of the temple which is called Beautiful, to ask alms from those who entered the temple; who, seeing Peter and John about to go into the temple, asked for alms. And fixing his eyes on him, with John, Peter said, “Look at us.” So he gave them his attention, expecting to receive something from them. Then Peter said, “Silver and gold I do not have, but what I do have I give you: In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, rise up and walk.” And he took him by the right hand and lifted him up, and immediately his feet and ankle bones received strength. So he, leaping up, stood and walked and entered the temple with them—walking, leaping, and praising God. And all the people saw him walking and praising God. Then they knew that it was he who sat begging alms at the Beautiful Gate of the temple; and they were filled with wonder and amazement at what had happened to him.

Now as the lame man who was healed held on to Peter and John, all the people ran together to them in the porch which is called Solomon’s, greatly amazed. So when Peter saw it, he responded to the people: “Men of Israel, why do you marvel at this? Or why look so intently at us, as though by our own power or godliness we had made this man walk? The God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, the God of our fathers, glorified His Servant Jesus, whom you delivered up for (crucifixion) and denied in the presence of Pilate (the Roman governor), when he was determined to let Him go. But you denied the Holy One and the Just (Jesus), and asked for a murderer to be granted to you instead, and killed the Prince of life, whom God raised from the dead, of which we are witnesses. And His name, through faith in His name, has made this man strong, whom you see and know. Yes, the faith which comes through Him has given him this perfect soundness in the presence of you all.

Now as they spoke to the people, the priests, the captain of the temple, and the Sadducees (religious leaders) came upon them, being greatly disturbed that they taught the people and preached in Jesus the resurrection from the dead. And they laid hands on them, and put them in custody (jail) until the next day...And it came to pass, on the next day, that their rulers, elders, and scribes, as well as Annas the high priest, Caiaphas, John, and Alexander, and as many as were of the family of the high priest, were gathered together at Jerusalem. And when they had set them in the midst, they asked, “By what power or by what name have you done this?”

Then Peter, filled with the Holy Spirit, said to them, “Rulers of the people and elders of Israel: If we this day are judged for a good deed done to a helpless man, by what means he has been made well, let it be known to you all, and to all the people of Israel, that by the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, whom you crucified, whom God raised from the dead, by Him this man stands here before you whole. This is the ‘stone which was rejected by you builders, which has become the chief cornerstone.’ Nor is there salvation in any other, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved.” Now when they saw the boldness of Peter and John, and perceived that they were uneducated and untrained men, they marveled. And they realized that they had been with Jesus. And seeing the man who had been healed standing with them, they could say nothing against it.  (Acts 3:1 - 4:14, Holy Bible)

There Is Power In The Name Of Jesus...For The Greatest Miracle Of All!
